Where obstructions are to be overcome and where proper clearances are required, this bracket is fastened to the pole for mounting secondary racks. Made of hot-galvanized 9-gauge steel, it is equipped with a 5/8″ x 2″ carriage bolt. The curved back is 3″ wide.
